PBA Supports House Bill 605 - COVID-19 Limited Liability
PBA sent a letter to the PA House Majority Leader, Kerry Benninghoff and the House Democratic Leader, Joanna McClinton on March 29, 2021 to express the our support for Rep. Ecker's Amendment to House Bill 605. Since then, the bill was sent to the Senate Judiciary committee on April 9th.  As a follow-up, PBA also sent a letter to Senate Judiciary committee chairs Lisa Baker and Steven Santarsiero. Read the letter sent yesterday.
Help Us Make Pennsylvania's Roads Safer!
Distracted driving & cell-phone-related crashes are at an all-time high. PBA is supporting the following legislation, and hope you will too.

PA State Reps. Rosemary Brown & Steve Malagari have introduced House Bill 37, a reasonable public safety measure aimed to strengthen our roadway laws. This bill allows drivers to realistically use their communication device; however, the device must be "hands-free" with use of Bluetooth or docking station. Drivers would not be permitted to physically hold their communication device while operating a vehicle.

Help this legislation get to the Governor's desk by calling your PA state legislator and requesting their YES vote for House Bill 37 to protect you and your families on our roadways! Find your state legislator.
