50 years in the business
Kay has experienced an illustrious real estate career in the Permian Basin. Here are just a few of the highlights:
- Licensed in June of 1972
- Brokers License in1978
- President of the PBBoR 1989, 1991, 2009
- Top sales for the first time in1981
- Opened Kay Sutton Realtors in 1995
- Appointed to TREC in 1997 by George W Bush
- Certified Relocation Professional designation (CRP) in 1993
- Kay started closing over 100 transactions a year in the early 80's
She also made a tremendous impact outside of the business arena:
- Kay and Larry were active in Stonegate for the past 20 years and hosted home group for close to 20 years as well
- Active in Toastmasters for many years
- Volunteered on many non-profit organizations
- She has raised 5 children, 14 grandchildren, and now 8 great-grandchildren
