Election Integrity You Can Trust
Ensuring Secure, Transparent & Accessible
Elections in PBC
The Palm Beach County Elections Team has been at the forefront of transparency, and we take election security seriously to ensure that your vote counts and your voice is heard. Multiple checks and balances are in place to ensure each vote is counted, such as pre-election testing of state-certified voting equipment, the use of paper ballots, along with provisions for Vote-by-Mail safeguards and a myriad of audits. Additionally, we were one of the first offices to digitally display the Canvassing Board and canvassing process to open up additional viewing space at our Voting Equipment Service Center, ensuring the public has access to the canvassing process - a first in Palm Beach County history.

Last month, your Palm Beach County Elections Office invited the public to learn more about our voting equipment and processes for our “Elections Experience Tour.” We were pleased to hear the feedback we received from folks who participated, such as the nearly 100% of respondents who said they would recommend the tour to someone else. If you didn’t get a chance to take our behind-the-scenes look at how elections are conducted in Palm Beach County, we have you covered! You can watch our Virtual Elections Experience Tour here.
Voting Precincts Have Changed
Due to Redistricting
Lookout for Your NEW Voter Information Card
this Summer
Many officials are elected from political divisions called districts, including the Florida House and Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, the Palm Beach County Commission, and the School Board. Redistricting is the process for updating these districts to balance population after each census. Because of the 2020 census, district maps for federal, state, and local offices have changed.

Our Elections Office has drawn new precinct lines to align with the new districts. When you vote this Fall, you will see candidates for your new district assignments. Some polling places will change as well. Starting with the 2022 Primary Election, you may have a new Election Day polling place.

Our Office will be sending you a new voter information card in the mail this Summer. The card lists your districts, precinct, and Election Day polling place. Once your new card arrives, it will replace any older cards you may have received. You can always check your current districts, precinct, and Election Day polling place by visiting the “My Status” page at www.VotePalmBeach.gov.

You can make a difference in our community by joining our team of election workers. It takes between 4,000 - 5,000 election workers to staff our polling places on Election Day. Our election workers are engaged citizens from all walks of life who are committed to serving the voters of Palm Beach County. All election workers are trained for their jobs and are paid for their work on Election Day.

The Adopt-A-Precinct (AAP) program is a community partnership for 501(c)(3) organizations, associations, and charitable institutions. Through the AAP program, local organizations can take part in the elections process by "adopting" a precinct, providing the staffing of civic-minded individuals who will conduct and maintain the integrity of the voting process. The program, while serving as an opportunity to raise money for the organization, is also a great team-building experience for staff and volunteers.
