Your Business, Services, and Products are Stories Waiting to Be Told
Business owners have many options for explaining their services and products in print and other media to external audiences, such as clients and customers, and to internal audiences, such as employees and contractors.
We will explore ways you can:
- Tell the story of your business
- Enable others to use your services and products as intended
- Look at non-print, non-digital products that can tell parts of your story
Judith Ellison Shenouda, owner of Shenouda Associates Inc., a business that researches, writes, and edits the many professional publications that streamline processes, launch products and promote each client’s brand.

The Penfield Symphony Orchestra Presents a concert, “Star-Crossed Lovers,” on February 12, 2024
The Penfield Symphony Orchestra, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching the Rochester community for more than 60 years, will present a concert, “Star-Crossed Lovers,” the third concert of the PSO’s 68th season.
The concert will be led by guest conductor Rebecca Bryant Novak, the third of four finalist candidates for the PSO’s open Music Director position. Ms. Novak is an Assistant Conductor of the Eastman Philharmonia and has previously served as the Associate Conductor of the National Philharmonic in North Bethesda, MD.
The concert commences with the catchy and rhythmically lively Libertango by Astor Piazzolla, Argentina’s father of a unique style of music – the Tango. Next comes Lyric for Strings by American composer George Walker. His affinity for thoughtful spirituals and folk music is apparent in the opening, while the piece concludes with an atmosphere of hope. Closing our first half is Tchaikovsky’s much-loved Romeo and Juliet overture-fantasy. Our second half contrasts this concept of the two lovers with an alternative depiction in Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet ballet.
The concert will be held on February 12, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. at the Penfield High School Auditorium, located at 25 High School Drive in Penfield, New York.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.penfieldsymphony.org, by phone at 585-872-0774, and at the door on the night of the concert. Tickets cost $15 for adults. For students of any age with a student ID, $1. Group rates are available for parties of six or more.
The Penfield Symphony Orchestra is a 90-piece orchestra whose goal is to enrich the Rochester community by providing fine music in a setting where both amateur and professional musicians can perform a variety of classical repertoire. For information on concerts and highlights, follow the Penfield Symphony Orchestra on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/PenfieldSymphonyOrchestra, or visit the website at http://www.penfieldsymphony.org.

Come to Penfield Yoga Therapy for an afternoon of Yin Yoga and Sound with guest instructor Sandra Kurzdorfer on March 3rd from 1-3 PM.
Yin Yoga consists of passive, long-held (5-minute) floor postures, which mainly affect the spine, hips and pelvis while specifically targeting the connective tissue. Regular Yin practice brings moisture back into the connective tissues, therefore lessening joint issues and enhancing overall mental and physical well-being.
A Sound Bath experience is meant to relax, balance and heal by facilitating a shift in the brain wave state. Through differing frequencies, it's possible to shift down from normal waking consciousness, to relaxed consciousness and into a more meditative state which can bring about deep internal healing.
