The Public Building Commission of Chicago, in partnership with the City of Chicago's Department of Fleet and Facility Management and Department of Family and Support Services, will host a Pre-Submission Conference (Conference) for the Design-Build Services for the DFSS Bronzeville Regional Senior Center Project.

The intent of the Conference will be to discuss the Request for Proposals (RFP) issued on

October 2, 2025, respond to inquiries regarding the RFP, and promote networking opportunities within the construction community. A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will immediately follow.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
