DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE HAS BEGUN
Over 100 people turned out to witness the Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Downtown Streetscape Project on November 6, 2019. Speaking at the ceremony were Economic and Community Development Director Larry Matthews, Assistant Director Lori Walker, Liberty Utilities Business and Community Manager Lamont Davis, McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. Project Engineer Adam Osweiler and completing the ceremony Pine Bluff City Mayor Shirley Washington.
Veterans Day
Monday, November 11 is Veterans Day. Take a moment to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, and to say "Thank you" to thoses that have served or are currently serving our country.
Pop Up in the Bluff Winner

Krystal Stafford
Congratulations to Krystal Stafford. Krystal was the winner in the drawing for the James Hayes bowl at the 2019 Pop Up in the Bluff event. The bowl was generously donated by Shepherd's/Tipton Hurst Florist.

The 2019 Pop Up in the Bluff Event was a huge success. Thank you to all the volunteers, vendors and community for supporting this event.

Saracen Landing
Following the Christmas Parade, join the kick off for the second annual Mistletoe Magic event at Saracen Landing presented by the City of Pine Bluff Parks and Recreation and Go Forward Pine Bluff. There will be an awards ceremony and Christmas Carols performed by the Jenkins Choir.

Activities at Saracen Landing during the 4 day event include an ice-skating rink, Ferris wheel, and activities for the entire family. Enjoy a variety of food trucks, and a shopping market. Sounds of the season by local talent will fill the air throughout the weekend.

In addition to Thursday night, the festival will be open: Friday 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
