PC Annual Renewal and Invoices Are Now Available Online

Professional Corporation (PC) permit renewals are due January 2, 2019 . To complete your annual PC permit renewal and pay the fee, please log in to the Lawyer Portal and select My PC from the drop down menu. The renewal form must be completed prior to paying the fee online.

To finalize your renewal, you must complete two steps: renewal and payment.

  1. Complete the PC Renewal form via the PC Renewal tab.
  2. pay your invoice online, via the PC Account tab.

If you are a permit holder for more than one Professional Corporation, these two steps must be repeated for each PC displayed on the My PC tab in the Lawyer Portal.

A Renewal Guide is available on our website to assist in filling out your renewal form(s) and paying your invoice(s).
Firm administrators do not have access to your PC permit renewals as these must be completed by the PC Director or Voting Shareholder.
If the PC annual renewal is not completed by January 2, 2019 , we are obligated by Rule 158(4) to notify the Registrar of Corporations that the permit has expired. Renewing your PC permit after the deadline will result in additional fees and a new application (see Rules 158(5) and 158(6) ).
If you no longer require a Professional Corporation Permit, please contact Membership Services as soon as possible.
