WATER

The many facets of water include too much, too little, a teardrop, a stream, a cloudburst, on the beach, and traces it leaves behind. Many artists have represented the attributes of water literally, metaphorically, symbolically, or allegorically in mythology, religion, and folklore. Here is a small sampling of the exhibit.

FEATURED ARTIST WALL
FRANK CUVA
Thru 9/28

Frank writes: I started rather late in life to begin my photographic journey. He joined the San Fernando Camera Club in CA, where he won Photographer of the Year and five ribbons (out of a possible six) at their Regional competition. Then I moved to Prescott. Photography hit a new standard in this beautiful town….more talented artists in this one town than all of Southern California! He joined the Prescott Camera Club, Prescott Digital Camera Club, The Artist Guild of Prescott Valley, and Mountain Artist Guild. He further states: Each club helped my growing experience.
THEATRE LOBBY DISPLAY
ARLENE MINUSKIN
Thru 9/30

Arlene is active in both the performing and visual arts, appearing in community theatre productions in NJ, NY, CA, and AZ, including many PCA theatre venues and gallery exhibits. Many of her photographs focus on urban images, as city life is a favorite subject. Her work can be found in private collections and in Prescott galleries and local businesses. She is a member of the Prescott Art Docents, the Prescott Camera Club, the Yavapai Digital Arts and Photo Club, the AAUW photo group, and PCA’s Visual Arts Committee.
