GROW, PRAY, AND CONNECT WITH ONE ANOTHER THIS SUMMER

I am often asked, "What should our women study this year?" As you are making plans, we hope you will consider joining with us this summer to study the Lord's Prayer. Prayer is our most pressing need. Let's lift our hearts to heaven, casting our cares for ourselves, our families, churches, and denomination. I want to invite you to gather a group to pray this summer. And if like me, you feel that you have much to learn in the school of prayer, I invite you, like the disciples, to pray and study the Lord's Prayer from Jesus. We have provided the Breathe study with a prayer journal, discussion questions, and videos to come alongside you. There is also a complementary children's study called Building on the Lord's Prayer available for you to use with the children in your lives. Prayer is not about changing God's mind but changing our hearts. It is a good thing for us to slow down, read, pray—and take a deep breath.
