Volunteers from the PCBA, UPCCA & the City of Peachtree Corners joined together for the
Great American Clean Up on April 23rd.

This mighty group had the most successful clean-up yet.
55 volunteers came out & picked up 63 bags of trash weighing 590 lbs.  Thank you for making Peachtree Corners a more beautiful place.

On A pril 22nd, PCBA hosted our Keynote Speaker Luncheon featuring TV & Radio Host Dana Barrett. She spoke to PCBA members and guests about how to
"Find Your Passion and Put it to Work For You AND Your Company."

Dana noted, Life is far too short to be "doing time" in a job you hate.  A recent survey shows 70% of Americans hate their job, so now is the time to find your passion.  You can hear more from Dana on her daily radio talk show on Biz1190.

On April 21st, the PCBA participated in the Rotary Pathway's Career Exploration Night at NHS.  At this event,
business professionals from our area came out to guide and expose students to a variety of career options.  Thank you to all participants for mentoring our next generation of business leaders.

The PCBA presented the Peachtree Corners Library with a check for $750 for a new bench.  With this new bench, waiting patrons and visitors can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi wtihout having to sit on the curb.

The PCBA awarded their annual scholarship to Eliza Antonowich at the annual NHS Honors Awards Night on Tuesday evening April 19 at the PCBC.
