Hello all,
Some updates this week (see flyers for details):
All Fitness Classes in Room 204AB and 208B are cancelled on Friday 5/1 for our SWIRL conference. Classes in the Aerobics Room will be conducted as usual.
Our lunch program is growing! In order to give you the best service at the most economical costs, we want to remind you of a couple things and we have adjusted a couple policies.
- If you call to order lunch, make sure the clerk says the order back to you. Also, check your confirmation email to make sure we have the order correct. Call back immediately to have it adjusted if not. We can’t fix anything the week lunches have started.

You must call by Friday 3PM if you to do it over the phone. If you order online, you have till Sunday night. I also highly suggest calling during the hours of 8-3:30 to order when we have more staff on instead of in the evening.
- When picking up your lunch, it is helpful if you know exactly what you are picking up and what name(s) they are under.

When picking up your lunch, PLEASE come between 11:45-12:45. We will now only hold lunches till 3pm if you cannot make it between those times. After 3pm we will not have your lunch available so please do not call or come. (This will begin next week)
- If there are any issues, we can generally resolve them when you come during the lunch hour to pick up. It becomes much more difficult to resolve once the lunch hour is over.
We know how many of you enjoy and appreciate this service and we are happy to provide it! We just want to make sure we are doing it as efficiently as possible. Thank you!
· Our next IN-HOUSE LUNCH/SPRING FLING will be on 5/8! Come join us for this one! It is so much fun to chat and enjoy good food! We will have music by Mark Kornrich!
· JCC - The Sound - Dinner Theater - 5/14.
· Braddock Bay Field Trip will be on 5/21.
· COFFEE TALK will be 2 Wednesdays a month! Next one is 5/6. Come in to meet new people or catch up with old ones!
· DESTINATION LUNCH where we will go to a different restaurant once a month! Next one is at Mama Lor's in Webster on 5/7!
· We will be going to the Lilac Festival - 5/14!
· We will be going on a hike at High Acres Natural Area - 4/30.
· There are 2 new Art Classes being offered by Leslie Shakespeare in May.
· MVPT will continue their monthly seminars the 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
· Board Games with Bill this Friday!
· Monday Movie - In A Lonely Place - will be on 5/18!
· The next TECH Seminar is 5/27 on Tech Terms! .
· Alzheimer Association seminars will continue the 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
· New Blood Pressure clinic dates for May.
Hopefully we are finally going to see the nice weather more consistently! Lots of stuff happening!! Take advantage!!
