Karli Farnham Jones, MA, LPC, is a recent transplant to the Charlotte metro area and is excited to return to her Carolina roots after beginning her counseling career in the Midwest. Karli earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of South Carolina and went on to receive a Master of Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University, where she was first introduced to psychoanalytic theory. After working in solo private practice, she founded Blue Valley Counseling, a group practice based in Kansas City that focuses on providing psychodynamic and inclusive therapy. In her clinical work, she specializes in working with adult clients experiencing high anxiety and relational strain, drawing heavily from psychodynamic theory and psychoanalytic thought. Karli looks forward to deepening her perspective and clinical approach through PCC’s psychoanalysis training track.
