IPHC ELECTS NEW GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT JULY 16, 2026
by IPHC..org
| | |
The International Pentecostal Holiness Church has elected Bishop Talmadge Gardner as its new General Superintendent.
Rev. Gardner brings decades of faithful leadership and service to the IPHC, having served in Christian Education, Evangelism USA, the General Superintendent's Office, Discipleship Ministries, and most recently as Executive Director of World Missions Ministries. The son of IPHC missionaries to South Africa, his lifelong commitment to the Gospel and the global mission of the church has shaped his ministry for more than four decades.
As Rev. Gardner begins this new chapter of leadership, let us keep him, his wife Stephanie, and their family in our prayers, asking God to grant him wisdom, strength, and grace as he leads the IPHC into the future.
David Wells, PCCNA President, brought greetings to the IPHC Conference delegates on behalf of PCCNA, and words of tribute for the Beachams. Several PCCNA member groups were represented by their leaders at the conference.
Bishop Gardner succeeds Dr. Doug Beacham as IPHC General Superintendent. Dr. Beacham, who has served as the PCCNA Executive Committee Chair, will commence serving as the PCCNA President on August first, while the previous President, David Wells, will assume the responsibilities of EC Chair.

WHAT RELIEVES PASTORAL BURNOUT,
AND WHAT DOESN'T
by Barna.com
| | |
Pastors are less exhausted and more confident in their calling than in recent years, but vocational satisfaction remains at its lowest point in more than a decade.
Mental and physical health tops the list when pastors identify their greatest wellbeing needs—a finding that may reframe how churches think about supporting their leaders.
The burnout-relief actions pastors say would help them most, such as sabbaticals and role alignment, are also the ones they find hardest to take, and the most commonly offered forms of support rank last in perceived helpfulness.

WORLD PRAYER CENTER
ANNUAL PRAYER CONFERENCE
JANUARY 11–13, 2027
by AG World Prayer Center
| | |
Redigging the Wells of Revival is an annual prayer conference hosted by the Assemblies of God World Prayer Center. It brings together pastors, ministry leaders, intercessors, and believers from across the nation for Spirit-led intercession, powerful preaching, prophetic ministry, and practical training. More than a traditional conference, these gatherings create space for extended times of prayer and encounters with the Holy Spirit, equipping participants to contend for personal and corporate revival and then carry that passion for prayer back to their churches, cities, and regions.

KIMBERLY DIRMANN APPOINTED GENERAL SUPERVISOR/VP OF THE
FOURSQUARE CHURCH
by Randy Remington // Foursquare.org
| |
President Randy Remington, along with the Foursquare Church Board of Directors, has appointed Kimberly Dirmann to the role of General Supervisor/VP of The Foursquare Church.
Throughout the history of God’s people, we experience moments when the Lord invites us to recognize not only where He is leading us, but also whom He is raising for the journey ahead. With deep gratitude, confidence, and anticipation, I announce the appointment and board of directors’ confirmation of Kimberly Dirmann as the next General Supervisor/Vice President of The Foursquare Church, effective September 1, 2026.
Leadership transitions are never just organizational decisions. They are opportunities to recognize God’s faithfulness across generations. As we continue our pursuit of making disciples, multiplying leaders and churches, sending, and partnering internationally, we need leaders who embody both the heart of a shepherd and the courage of a pioneer. Kimberly is that kind of leader.
For more than 40 years, Kimberly has faithfully served Jesus and His church in nearly every expression of ministry. She co-founded The Rock (Anaheim Foursquare Church) in Anaheim, California, and has been serving as senior pastor with Jerry, her husband of 39 years. Kimberly has invested in students, pastors, churches, women in ministry, and leaders throughout our movement and beyond. She has led locally, regionally, and nationally with a commitment to seeing people flourish in their calling.
Kimberly is a bilingual communicator who was born and raised in Colombia, South America, until she was 10 years old. Spanish is her first language. Her mother is the daughter of Foursquare Missions International workers who served in the area, and her father is a Colombian native.
