The Department of Public Health (DPHSS) has issued Guidance Memo 2020-034. In support of Executive Order 2020-28 [EO] effective Noon, today, August 21, 2020.

This guidance serves to further clarify the actions as mandated in EO 2020-28. Written requests for consideration are being accepted and should be submitted to: dphss-deh@dphss.guam.gov
