All for Them Mobile Vaccination Clinic Coming to Bexar County! | |
The All for Them mobile clinic provides free, school-required vaccinations (like Tdap, Meningococcal, and HPV) to help keep our students healthy and compliant for the school year.
How to Participate:
- Find a Date: Check the local schedule for upcoming mobile clinic stops at area schools and community centers.
-
Complete Consent: Sign and return the required parent consent forms to the school nurse before the clinic date.
- Get Vaccinated: Send your child’s current immunization records with them on the day of the clinic, and the mobile medical team handles the rest!
PCS follows the TCCB ED Immunization Policy: Every student enrolled in a Catholic school in the state of Texas shall be immunized against vaccine preventable diseases caused by infectious agents in accordance with the immunization schedule adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services. (TCCB ED Guide for Quality & Effectiveness). No students enrolled at Providence have immunization exemptions. All student immunization records are audited each year and submitted to the San Antonio Metro Health District. Deadline for updated shot records for 7th graders and all new students is August 1st.

FACTS Access Update
As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, our school—along with all schools in the Archdiocese—will transition to a single FACTS district code. This diocesan-wide update is designed to improve system consistency and provide better support for our families.
What to Expect During the Summer Update
- Your child’s records and school information will remain intact.
-
FACTS access will move to a new district code. Once the transition is complete, families will use the new district code instead of our current code, PCSA-TX.
- There will be a brief period when families will not be able to log in to FACTS to view accounts or make payments.
During this temporary outage:
- Automatic FACTS payments will continue without interruption.
- Families will not be able to log in to make payments.
-
If you need to make a payment during this time, please contact FACTS directly at 866-441-4637.
The transition is now scheduled to continue through this week and be available as early as July 15.
If you have questions regarding FACTS billing, please contact our Business Manager, Dr. Alicia Garcia.
Hope for the Future (HFF)
Award Notifications for HFF are still pending, likely due to the FACTS merger process and TEFA. If you have not applied for HFF and need any tuition assistance, you must apply online: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
If you need any assistance with this, please contact our front office.
Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA)
TEFA award notifications have been sent to families who were on the waitlist and to those whose appeals were approved. We have learned of families who were awarded from the waitlist as recent as last Friday, July 10th. TEFA Awardee Intent Forms should be submitted as soon as possible. Please contact Principal Denoux if you have any questions or need assistance.

Refer a Prospective Family to us!
Providence has a referral program. Current families who refer a new student to us will get a $500 tuition credit to their account in January. (The new student must list the current student or person's name on the application, and the new student must attend Providence for a full semester before the credit is applied to the referral. Referral credit is not applied to the new student.)
Currently, we are still accepting students for the upcoming school year 2026-2027, but if you have a family for a future year, now is the BEST time to get them interested in Providence!
Student/Family interviews are required for incoming 8th-grade, high school, and senior transfers.
7th Grade - Class of 2032 - is FULL and has a waitlist.
Contact Enrollment Director Kat Chavarria with any information about a prospective family.

Provet Artists Spotlight!
A few of our talented high school art students recently participated in an Open House/Broadway Birthday bash called "Center Stage" at the Majestic Theater. This included a fan art showcase for upcoming shows in next season's line up. Our students did an excellent job exploring theatrical character design and pop culture art styles. We love seeing our students share their artistic talents within the local community! Congratulations to Natalie Ramon, Kayla Cross, Milaeva Lawson, Maggie Corona, Isabella Tello, and Alison Rodgers for representing Providence with their creativity and talent.
