"Building a Common Purpose and Vision for the School Improvement Process" will equip participants with a step-by-step strategy to build a unified approach and mindset for the school improvement planning process. It also offers opportunities to:
- Learn to apply steps to review important documents, previous goals and outcomes, assess their progress, and use five fundamentals that inform the school community about the process
- Map out a timeline and clarify how all constituencies in the school will be involved in the improvement planning process
- Create meaningful professional development to support the plan
