It's time to register!

As we enter the first full week of the new year, we are excited to open registration for the 2025 Kane County Institute Day!


Join us on Friday, February 28 at the Q Center in St. Charles for a day of exciting professional development and networking opportunities. We will be offering nearly 70 engaging sessions, including our Keynote Speaker, Mr. Weston Kieschnick, along with presentations from educators, organizational partners, and students.

Kane County ROE to host Inclusive Educator Foundational Credential Program training

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Inclusive Educator Credential program in partnership with Uplifting Impact. This two-day, six-course program at our office will equip you with comprehensive knowledge and skills to foster inclusivity and promote equitable outcomes for all learners.


Participants will learn:

  • how to engage in self-reflection and collaborative problem-solving
  • to develop effective communication skills for stronger relationships
  • how to foster a welcoming school environment for all
  • how to become an effective inclusive leader and advocate for change


We are pleased to welcome Deanna Singh and Dr. Justin Ponder from Uplifting Impact join us to lead these sessions. Don't miss this opportunity to invest in your professional growth and make a lasting impact on your students' lives.

P.L.A.Y. (Professional Learning and You) is the newest catalog through the Illininois Online Academy that lets you choose the content that matters to you. This professional learning platform offers microlearning, meaning every 15 minutes spent completing activities can be submitted for .25 PD hours. Some activities can be completed in as little as five minutes!
