It may be April, but we’re not foolin’ around! This month has been chock-full of fun holidays (um…National Hug Your Dog Day, anyone?), and a ton of client projects. This month, we also took a moment to reflect that although our work is mostly behind the scenes to make engaging design, beautiful, efficient, and interactive websites, and much more…we are proud of the part that we ultimately play in the lives of our clients and their organizations…from acquisitions and rebranding, to helping launch successful start-ups, to even watching young adults find their next career. HEALTHCARE

FS Medical Technology (FSMT), a long-time client of PDDG’s, was recently acquired by BeaconMedaes, one of the world’s largest medical gas service providers. As a result of the acquisition, we assisted FSMT in developing an acquisition announcement flyer and updated FSMT’s top marketing collateral pieces.

Late last year, we also completely redesigned and reimagined FSMT’s web presence with a fresh, modern site with intuitive navigation, a vibrant design solution, purposeful copy, and a mobile-first design strategy. Click here to view the new website.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

MISCHIAN LLC is a comprehensive organization for strategic business and leadership development services with a focus on creating and executing premium marketing and communications strategies for investing in business growth, higher education, and start-up organizations.

A recent addition to the PDDG Family, and a PDDG strategic partner, MISCHIAN enlisted our assistance in crafting a new website for the entrepreneurial start-up. Building off the existing company identity, our web development team concepted and implemented a clean, professional web experience with an eye toward the available vibrant color palette.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

The Monterey County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) has launched their newest Technology Cadre initiative that provides internships and trains young adults, ages 18-24, with transferable work skills to advance their careers. In this initiative, the two internship opportunities focus on Social Media and Aerospace Manufacturing careers.

PDDG stepped in to support the program by providing informational webpages, online application processes, social media promotion, and print collateral. These young people are in for quite a treat, and we look forward to watching them be successful in their internships, and ultimately their future careers!

AAED 2023 Spring Conference

PDDG is a proud member of the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) and is thrilled to continue our support of the organization. We will be attending and exhibiting at the 2023 Spring Conference in Tucson, Arizona, from April 26-28. If you plan to attend, don’t forget to drop by our booth and pick up one of our world-famous light-up pens!

NAWDP 39th Annual Conference

PDDG is excited to continue our support of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals by attending and exhibiting at the 39th Annual Conference in New Orleans from May 8-10. You can find members of our team in the exhibit hall. Drop us a line to let us know if you’ll be attending. We will also be supporting the NAWDP 2023 Youth Symposium in Las Vegas from November 6-8.

CWA 2023 WORKCON Conference

Keeping with the workforce development conference theme, PDDG will also be attending and exhibiting at the 2023 WORKCON Conference, sponsored by the California Workforce Association (CWA), and held in San Diego from May 31-June 2.
