-ISSUE 063

At PDDG, creativity drives our work, and leadership brings it all together. This month, we are tipping our hats (and maybe raising a glass or two) to someone who does both with style.

We are thrilled to celebrate George Dimotakis, our President and CEO, for 24 years of guiding the team with vision, humor, and the kind of calm that makes deadlines feel slightly less terrifying. George has led us through branding brainstorms, web design marathons, and more coffee-fueled creative sessions than we can count, all while keeping things grounded, human, and refreshingly real.

Thank you, George, for showing us that great leadership is not just about strategy and results. It is also about heart, grit, and believing in the people around you.

Here’s to 24 years of incredible leadership and to many more ideas, innovations, and inside jokes ahead. Cheers!

AGRICULTURE

Founded in 2017, HAY4YOU is a full-service grower and reseller of high-quality hay, forage, and feed products in California’s Central Valley. We originally developed the HAY4YOU branding, website, social media, and marketing program, and have continued to support these efforts over the past several years.

HAY4YOU recently celebrated its eight years in business. As one of the region’s largest hay providers, it was time to develop an updated and more robust website presence. Working with the client leadership team, we developed a completely reimagined website presence, inclusive of an expanding menu and navigation, a full product offering, blog, and overall improved user experience.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Working closely with our longtime partners, IO.INC and Metamorphic Marketing, we are very excited to share our latest work for the Town of Superior.

Superior, AZ, is a dynamic community whose legacy spans 140 years, and that today is a hub of opportunity, innovation, and success. Located 40 minutes east of the Phoenix Metro Area, Superior presents a prime opportunity for high-quality companies seeking a new facility location. With its idea and business-friendly environment with access to a highly skilled regional workforce, Superior also offers an unparalleled setting for business growth and innovation.

As part of our multi-year engagement, we will be supporting the marketing communications efforts of Succeed in Superior, AZ, the Town’s new economic development initiative to bring increased awareness to the community and the region’s unique locational assets. In addition to crafting the new brand identity, we also developed and deployed an expansive website.

We look forward to continuing to support the Town’s economic development initiatives.

LAWN & GARDEN

2025 marks 13 years since our first project with Applied Landscape Materials and NorCal Wholesale Bark. The two companies work together to sell, deliver, and apply landscape materials for residential and commercial customers, and are highly regarded throughout California and Nevada. Over the years we have worked on a variety of web-based marketing projects.

In 2023, we launched a fully redesigned and renewed website presence for Applied Landscape Materials with the goal of vastly improving the overall user experience, streamlining the online quote request process, and providing a cleaner and more professional image.

Earlier this year, we launched a new microsite focused on property management clients. As a growing sector for Applied Landscape Materials, they wanted to provide a more robust online portal for current and prospective customers to obtain relevant information about available services, products, pricing, and general Q&A.
