December is here again, and like that one tangled string of holiday lights, this month has somehow felt both dazzling and chaotic. Between decking the halls with creative magic,

sleigh-ing year-end projects, and dreaming up big ideas for 2025, we’ve been busier than Santa on a deadline.

But amidst all the hustle and bustle, we want to take a moment to thank you—our wonderful clients. You’re the reason we get to do what we love. Your trust, collaboration, and great ideas have made 2024 feel like a gift that keeps on giving.

So, as you juggle gift lists, holiday playlists, and one-too-many cookies, know that we’re raising a mug of peppermint hot chocolate in your honor.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

In today’s world, staying connected is essential, and eNewsletters are proving to be a powerful tool for workforce development boards to bridge the gap with their communities. Monterey County Works, with the expertise of PDDG, has embraced this innovative approach to build and distribute their newsletters, and it’s been a game-changer! Their monthly eNewsletters deliver time-sensitive updates, such as job fairs and training programs, while also celebrating success stories, highlighting partnerships, and inspiring community action.

By tailoring content to job seekers, employers, and community leaders, Monterey County Works’ eNewsletter is a cost-effective and efficient way to strengthen relationships and expand its impact within the communities it serves.

TRANSPORTATION

Celebrating 18 years of partnership with the California Transportation Commission (CTC), we are pleased to share our latest project: the 2024 Annual Report to the California Legislature. Established in 1978, CTC is responsible for programming and allocating funds for the construction of highway, passenger rail, transit, and active transportation improvements throughout California.

Each year, our creative team works closely with CTC to design and develop an annual report and a summary brochure to complement the annual report. The project is highly creative and is typically completed within a relatively tight production schedule. Our team is grateful for the long-standing partnership with CTC.

HIGHER EDUCATION

Happy 25th anniversary to EducationUSA, the U.S. Department of State network of over 430 international student advising centers in more than 175 countries and territories. The network promotes U.S. higher education to students around the world by offering accurate, comprehensive, and current information about opportunities to study at accredited postsecondary institutions in the United States.

We have had the immense pleasure of working with the phenomenal EducationUSA team for the past five years on an array of marketing and outreach deliverables.

NOTEWORTHY

PDDG Welcomes CALCOG to the Family

We are excited to announce the California Association of Councils of Governments (CALCOG) has joined the PDDG Family. CALCOG is a nonprofit, social welfare organization formed to serve regional governments and currently represents 49 member agencies.

In the new year, we will be collaborating with CALCOG of a series of informative and educational projects. Stay tuned!

PDDG Welcomes WAOR to the Family

As we close out 2024, another new client partner has joined the PDDG Family – the Waco Association of REALTORS© (WAOR). WOAR serves its membership with education, professional competence, public awareness, political involvement, and social activities. The organization is the trusted voice for real estate in the Waco area of Texas and is a valued resource for its members and the local community.

Over the coming months, we will support WAOR’s new rebranding and marketing initiatives across a suite of applications.
