July has seen some of the hottest temperatures on record, but the outside temps aren’t the only thing heating up—so is our workload! July has brought with it a variety of fun projects in workforce and economic development, the utilities sector, and more! Not to mention we are gearing up to sweat as we travel to some hot, hot, hot locations for upcoming events. We hope to see some of you there! And we’ll bring the fans.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Celebrating nearly 11 years of partnership, Virginia Career Works – Northern Region (VCWNR) is a valued PDDG client. VCWNR is a team of private and public sector partners who share a common goal to promote Northern Virginia economic prosperity and long-term growth.

Our creative team has supported more than 200 unique projects, ranging from branding and collateral design to websites, ads, video, and more.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The City of Kingman, a client partner of PDDG since 2021, enlisted our creative team to design and produce a comprehensive multi-page brochure for the Kingman Airport and Industrial Park, a major business attraction and relocation asset in the region.

The brochure provides an overview of the Kingman Airport and Industrial Park, its many locational advantages, incentives, comparative costs of doing business, cost of living highlights, and testimonials from businesses who have successfully located at the facility.

UTILITIES

As we approach five years of working closely with the Solano County Water Agency (SCWA) on a wide array of website development projects, we are grateful for the collaborative partnership that allowed us to fully ideate, build, and deploy four separate websites in less than 18 months.

Since launching more than three years ago, we have continued to support the ongoing design development, maintenance, and enhancement of all four websites.

PDDG Renews Commitment to 3CMA

Since our first time exhibiting at the City-County Communications & Marketing Association (3CMA) Annual Conference in Denver in 2018, we have thoroughly enjoyed our participation in this event. This year, we are renewing our commitment to 3CMA by exhibiting at the 2023 Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida, from September 6-8. PDDG Continues Support of IEDC

PDDG is proud to continue our support of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and our clients and partners in the economic development industry. We will be exhibiting at the IEDC 2023 Annual Conference in Dallas, Texas, from September 17-20. If you plan on attending, be sure to stop by our booth and pick up one of our world-famous light-up pens!

This is the third in a series of events we have supported as part of our year-long exhibitor partnership with IEDC.
