July may be heating up, but our design game is always on fire. From bold branding to websites that wow, we’ve been busy helping clients turn “meh” into memorable.

Speaking of memorable branding, let’s rewind to July 1988 when Nike aired its very first “Just Do It” commercial starring 80-year-old runner Walt Stack. The spot helped launch one of the most iconic slogans in history and turned three little words into a global mic drop. Nike proved that a great message, delivered well, can go the distance.

This month, we’re spotlighting projects that capture that same spirit: bold, intentional, and built to go the distance. Whether it’s a new website or campaign collateral that turns heads, we’re helping brands step up and stand out.

GRANT MANAGEMENT

In early 2024, we welcomed The Grants Clearinghouse (TGC) to the PDDG Family. TGC is a comprehensive grant development and project management consultancy that helps organizations across the country maximize their impact in serving communities and residents.

Over the past 18 months, our marketing and creative teams have worked closely with TGC’s leadership team in supporting various training and educational products and solutions, as well as building out and refining their existing brand platform.

Most recently, we launched TGC’s new website presence, a comprehensive informational platform for all things grant management. This new site is a substantial improvement over the previous version and offers a more detailed look at TGC’s expansive qualifications, diverse team, and recent client successes. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Virginia Career Works – Northern Region (VCWNR) has been a valued PDDG client partner for more than 13 years. VCWNR is a team of private and public sector partners who share a common goal to promote Northern Virginia economic prosperity and long-term growth.

Our creative team has supported more than 230 unique projects, ranging from branding and collateral design to websites, ads, video, and more.

One of our most recent projects included the design development and production of the VCWNR 2023-2024 Outcomes Report, a high-level overview of the organization’s regional impact and accomplishments across fiscal years 2023 and 2024. The report includes various data visualizations emphasizing customers served, services delivered, economic impact, return on investment, and revenue and expenses.

TOURISM

This month marks five years since we launched the Explore Cochise brand and website for Cochise County’s standalone tourism effort. In close partnership with the Cochise County Tourism and Economic Council (CCTEC), we researched and developed an identity and branding platform that elevated and promoted tourism and economic development throughout Cochise County.

Located in the southeastern region of Arizona, the surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning, and the new brand and website really bring this beauty to life. The website also captures the essence and uniqueness of several individual communities located within Cochise County.

PDDG Welcomes City of Surprise to the Family

We are thrilled to welcome the City of Surprise, Arizona to the PDDG Family! Our first assignment will be supporting the marketing communications needs of the city’s Economic Development Department.
