-ISSUE 053-

Summer's here, and while the sun is shining, we've been hard at work creating designs hotter than a June heatwave! In this edition of our newsletter, we're serving up a refreshing mix of our latest projects that'll have you saying, "Wow, that's cooler than a poolside popsicle!"

From websites that dazzle like fireworks to graphics that make a splash, dive in and check out what we've been up to this month. Grab your shades and lemonade (spiked is fine, we get it)—it's time to get inspired!

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

We are thrilled to share the launch of the new Northern Tier Career Connect website! Working in close partnership with the team at the Northern Tier Regional Planning & Development Commission, we fully designed and deployed this first-of-its-kind collaborative website for the region, connecting high school students with work-based learning opportunities on-site at local places of employment.

This website serves as the bridge between schools, employers, and students to bring the full work-based learning experience together. With a powerful back-end database and a robust set of tools, the website creates a new and much-needed portal for expanding workforce development in the region.

In addition to developing this new website, our creative team also developed the logo and brand platform for Northern Tier Career Connect.

UTILITIES

We have had the pleasure of collaborating with the City of Suffolk, Virginia on a multitude of projects since 2018. We have supported the city’s marketing and outreach for economic development, tourism, public safety, and general media and communications.

Recently, we completed the design and production of the 2024 Water Quality Reports for Suffolk’s Public Utilities Department. These two publications highlight the quality of water provided to local utility customers while also reinforcing the city’s commitment to continued maintenance and expansion of the existing water system.

HIGHER EDUCATION

We are proudly celebrating six years of partnership with the Institute of International Education (IIE), a global not-for-profit that designs and implements international education strategies and program services in partnership with governments, policymakers, educators, and employers across the globe to prepare students and professionals for the global workforce.

Over the past six years, the PDDG Team has served as the marketing agency of record for the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program, as well as supported marketing communications and outreach efforts of EducationUSA, Boren Awards, and Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program.
