-ISSUE 038-

Spring has sprung! And although we’ve successfully adjusted our clocks forward one hour, our sleep schedules are still trying to catch up. Except for our lucky Arizona friends, the rest of you all know how it is (right?), but we got this.

With the assistance of copious amounts of coffee, we're feeling energized and enthusiastic about what 2023 has in store for PDDG. Our entire team has been extremely busy assisting our clients with new campaigns across branding, digital, web, and print. And we have new clients and projects coming online that we look forward to sharing with you very soon!

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Since July 2022, the PDDG creative team has worked closely with Western Illinois Works on a wide range of marketing tasks, including communications strategy and planning, website design, social media management, digital advertising, and collateral design.

Most recently, we launched a youth-focused public outreach campaign around the theme “I’m Gen You!” The campaign seeks to connect with youth and young adults throughout a nine-county region in Western Illinois to encourage them to seek out workforce development services provided by Western Illinois Works and its service partners. “I’m Gen You!” plays upon the connection to youth and the younger generation. Within the first two months of launching, the campaign produced exceptional results, more than 200% above our initial projections.

In addition to the “I’m Gen You!” campaign, we also launched a regional job seeker outreach campaign to educate adults in Western Illinois about available workforce development services. The theme “Workforce Can Help!” was deployed, accompanied by a social media, print collateral, digital advertising, and billboard campaign. Similar to the youth campaign, the adult outreach campaign has also already exceeded our initial estimates for reach and engagement.

Both campaigns will run through June 30, and we’re excited to see the final results!

TOURISM

For nearly 10 years, PDDG has served as the marketing agency of record for the Town of Gilbert, Arizona’s economic development and tourism efforts. We have had the immense pleasure of collaborating with the Town on more than 150 different projects, including branding, website design, digital and print advertising, collateral design, copywriting, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and more!

In partnership with Go Arizona, part of Go Travel Sites and creators of online travel and recreation guides in all 50 states, we developed a digital ad to accompany a promotional landing page highlighting Gilbert’s unique tourism appeal.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

Continuing our partnership with the Town of Holly Springs, a growing biomanufacturing hub just outside Raleigh, North Carolina, our creative team recently designed new outdoor fabric banners to be placed on light poles throughout downtown.

We worked closely with the client to ensure the design was vibrant, colorful, and engaging. The finished product came out perfectly and we’re thrilled to see them going up around town!
