The Art & Practice of Planning: Asking for Help
Join PMD Alliance for a conversation with Erin Cecchi, MSW, LCSW where we address some tough topics like: the strain of care on care partners and the risk of their own declining health, how to build a support network, and who to ask before you hit the wall. This program will be 90 minutes and will include breakout sessions and supplemental materials to help you get the support you need.

Class Highlight:
Resilient Rhythms Music Therapy


Date: 4th Tuesday of the month 
Time: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm (CT)
Location: Zoom
Cost: Free

Participants will use various forms of music and movement to help build new connections in the brain and improve speech, physical movement, cognition and other functional abilities.

We will be using commonly found household items for this group in place of instruments.

Nordic Poles Agility 
Starting July 13th 

 Nordic Poles Agility class improves your walking endurance, balance, posture and agility by adding poles to produce a great full body workout. This class increases your stamina, confidence walking, strengthens your full body, while improving your posture and flexibility. This can positively impact your ability to perform daily activities such as long distance walks, stepping on and off curbs, crossing a wide street, traveling, sightseeing, walking upstairs, keeping up with family and friends during walks, and is important to maintain your independence. 

 **Nordic poles will be provided** 
When: Tuesdays 9:00-9:45am 
Where: 808 N Lake Shore Park Drive 
Cost: 11-week session $110.00 
Who: Good for all fitness levels! Participants must be ambulatory and be current Fitness Center members.
