Mental Health for Parkinson's Care Partners
Taking care of your mental health needs is just as important as taking care of your physical health. This webinar will focus on the importance of care partner’s mental health needs and getting the support you need and deserve. What do you do if the anxiety, anger, depression, and exhaustion is exacting a toll that becomes overwhelming? When these feelings impact your ability to provide care? When you experience negative physical consequences? Where do you go for help? How do you get help? Join this webinar to learn more.

Non-Motor Symptom Medications in Parkinson's
Deciding on the best course of treatment for you depends on your specific symptoms, as well as their intensity. In this webinar will discuss:

Important Update Regarding Support Groups!!!

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, November's Young Onset Support Group will be held November 17th (the 3rd Wednesday).

Starting in December, there will be a permanent date change for the Women and PD and PD Caregiver Support Groups. These groups will be changed to the 2nd Wednesday of the month (currently held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month).
If you are signed up for either group, you will be sent a separate e-mail informing you of the changes.

Improv for PD

Cost: $80 for all 8 sessions

Join us for our improvisational group for persons with Parkinson’s and their care partners. You don’t have to be a professional performer or comedian to learn improv games and have fun! 

In this class, you will learn improvisational theatre exercises that benefit emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. We hope that participants find their stress levels decreased and their laugh life increased! 

Space for the group is limited. RVSP Required.
