Forensic Analysis of Trucking and Equipment Accidents and Failures
 
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will deliver the program via our Zoom link.  Non-members are welcome to attend at no cost, but there will be a nominal charge if a PDH certificate is desired. The Zoom link is provided below.

Program Abstract: 
Heavy vehicles and Farm/Industrial equipment often have unique and spectacular results when accidents occur, from human failures or direct machine failures. Patrick Riedlinger, PE, accident Reconstructionist will show case studies and methods of analysis in heavy vehicle accidents.

Bio:  
Mr. Patrick Riedlinger is a Senior Project Engineer with 30 years of progressive, technical experience. Mr. Riedlinger is a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has knowledge in consumer product design, design verification, manufacturing processes, and material science. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, and California, and he holds accreditation as an ACTAR traffic accident reconstructionist and a certified fire investigator.

Mr. Riedlinger has successfully applied his extensive mechanical engineering background to the reconstruction of vehicular accidents that range in severity from minor property damage to multiple vehicle and fatality collisions. His reconstruction experience includes motor vehicle fire investigation and accidents involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians. 
His manufacturing experience, combined with his process engineering, testing and design experience, allows him to analyze a wide variety of mechanical products and work processes involved in the manufacturing of consumer products.
