Alternative Hotels For PFA's Spring Meeting

Our room block at the Vinoy Autograph is nearly sold out, and the Vinoy indicates it will not release additional rooms to us. There may be a few rooms left for Wednesday and Thursday nights. However, at this stage, you will likely be considering other hotels.

Also, please note that on May 2, we will distribute a preliminary list of meeting attendees to everyone who is registered for the conference (you must be registered for the conference; not just reserved at the hotel). This list will help you plan meals and other get togethers.

You will note some new members and first time attendees. Please consider including them in your plans.

And be sure to RSVP for the Tuesday and Thursday night receptions if you're planning to attend; this helps us tremendously with managing food and beverage expense.

During the reception, we’ll also announce the Herman Stone Technical Excellence Award, voted on during the Technical Program.
