PFSCM celebrates 20 years of supply chain excellence

For 20 years, the Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM) has been honored to serve the global health community—working alongside our partners to strengthen the systems that help deliver lifesaving health products to those who need them most.

As we reflect on our journey, we are proud to share a collection of 20 lessons that have shaped who we are and how we work. These insights speak to the compassion and determination that fuel global health supply chains and the fight to end HIV. We hope they resonate with all who seek to make them stronger and smarter.

We invite you to connect with us, exchange ideas, and continue the conversation. Reach us at pfscm@pfscm.org with the subject line Lessons Learned—we look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for walking this path with us.

During the third and fourth quarters of 2025, PFSCM partnered with organizations in Africa, Europe, and the United States to advance discussions on access to high-quality diagnostics, medicines, and health technologies. A clear message emerged: strong, transparent, and resilient supply chains are essential to achieving global health goals.
