The PGA of BC reminds members that nominations for election to the Board of Directors will open in January.

Members are encouraged to nominate those professionals who demonstrate strong leadership, and who they believe can make a positive impact on the Association. Nominees will be instructed to submit a short, 200-word paragraph as part of the nomination process. Voting will take place during the final week in January. The available seats will include at least one representative from the Vancouver Island region, as well as one from the Interior/Kootenays/North region.

The PGA of BC office will be closed from December 16 to January 1.

Do you have items that are still in good working condition at your facility that you are planning to replace for the season ahead? Or are you looking for gently-used items that can be re-purposed at your club? Don't forget that the PGA of BC offers classified listings as a complimentary service to members wishing to post want-ads and items for sale.

Members are welcome to place classified advertisements in our weekly newsletter for up to two consecutive weeks, but listings can remain on the Association's dedicated classifieds web page for longer periods. This page is restricted to members only, so website login will be required.

BC university and college golf teams have entered their winter breaks, and will take a hiatus before returning to competition in early 2024. We look forward to continuing our updates upon the return of competitive play.
