REGISTRATION FOR VICTORIA EDUCATION SERIES EVENT
CLOSES TOMORROW

Registration for the upcoming Spring Education Series event at Victoria Golf Club closes tomorrow, February 16 at 4 p.m. PT. The event, running next Wednesday February 22, will host several expert speakers who will share their valuable expertise with attendees. The PGA of BC thanks Foresight Sports Canada for their support.
Jason Giesbrecht, Head Teaching Professional at The Golf Performance Project, will deliver a presentation on club fitting. Then, 2022 PGA of BC Jack McLaughlin Junior Golf Leader of the Year and Uplands Golf Club Class "A" Professional Michelle McCann will speak to the challenges and opportunities that come with teaching the next generation of golfers. To close out the day, attendees will be joined by Kyman Chan, partner at Grant Thornton LLP, who will share his knowledge on accounting and structure for small business.

NEW MEMBER INTAKE FOR CAREER ADVISORY PROGRAM NOW OPEN |
After successfully establishing an incredibly strong and diverse mentorship pool, the PGA of BC Administration Team is excited to announce that the next phase of the 2023 Career Advisory Program initiative is now open.
New members joining the association since 2020 can now sign-up to be matched to a mentor that can best help them achieve their career goals and ambitions. To participate in the program, new members are kindly asked to complete the intake survey found HERE . The survey only takes a few minutes to finish. Once completed, further communication will be provided introducing mentors and mentees for the 2023 year.
