FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER FOR UPCOMING
INTERIOR EDUCATION SERIES
Registration for the upcoming Interior Education Series, taking place March 21 at Gallagher's Canyon Golf Club, closes tomorrow at 4 p.m. PT. The Association is excited to host Jeff Overholt, Dr. Shaunna Taylor and TD Bank Group and we look forward to seeing you there!

Overholt, Teaching Professional at Harvest Golf Club, will be presenting on how to improve your player's game without changing their swing. Dr. Taylor, past chair of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and current member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, will speak to how you can use sport and performance psychology techniques to maximize golfer learning, motivation, error management, and overall performance. TD Bank Group will offer their expert insight on the changing economic climate and its outlook.

REGISTRATION FOR CANUCKS JUNIOR GOLF WEEK HOST FACILITIES NOW OPEN
Registration to host camps for Canucks Junior Golf Week presented by TD Bank Group is now open. Interested host facilities can register as participants at the sign-up form here.

Canucks Junior Golf Week runs from July 10-17, and camps can be hosted any days during the week. Host facilities will be reimbursed $18/participant, and campers will be given a free Canucks gift. Last year, we had over 600 kids participate at more than 30 golf facilities throughout the province as we returned from COVID. This year, our goal is two grow the program to over 1,000 junior golfers, and we encourage facilities to participate in this rewarding and valuable program.

KYMAN CHAN, PARTNER AT GRANT THONRTON LLP, TO DELIVER VIRTUAL PRESENTATION MARCH 20
Association members will be treated to a virtual presentation on accounting and small business strategies courtesy of Kyman Chan, Partner at leading global accounting firm Grant Thornton LLP.

The presentation, rescheduled from the Victoria Education Series due to extreme weather, will take place Monday, March 20 at 3:30 p.m. PT. Attendance can be secured by signing up for the Virtual Education Series bundle, which grants members access to the Virtual Education Series archive and to all upcoming presentations. 2023 PLAYING ABILITY TEST SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED BY PGA OF BC
The 2023 season brings several chances to join the PGA of Canada as a member. With a diverse lineup of Playing Ability Tests and supplemental exemption events, golfers from around the province will have multiple opportunities to join the ranks of the Association.

The PGA of BC recently announced the schedule for this year’s Playing Ability Tests, including two set to occur in British Columbia. Kamloops’ Rivershore Golf Links will host a Playing Ability Test on June 7, 2023. Please make sure to register by the May 29 deadline. Langley’s GreenTee Country Club will host the following Playing Ability Test on August 30. Please register by the August 23 deadline.

The PGA of Canada also recognizes an array of events which can earn prospective professionals a Playing Ability Test exemption. More information on Playing Ability Test exemptions can be found here.

Did you know that by logging-in and utilizing tools such as tournament, education, or other event registration, all orders are saved to your assigned profile? Simply click “My Account” and then “Orders”. This becomes simple and useful when searching for information such as past order receipts.
