WATCH FOR CANUCKS JUNIOR GOLF WEEK FACILITY REGISTRATION
Canucks Junior Golf Week is set to return July 2-9 for a seventh consecutive year, looking to build upon the momentum that has seen PGA of BC Professionals introduce thousands of British Columbia youth to our sport since the program's inception.

Typically, this is the time of year we would begin asking member facilities to register as hosts for the program. However, given the uncertainty created by COVID-19 concerns, we recognize that it may be difficult for facilities to commit to the program until a clearer picture of the season ahead emerges.

Administration team members continue to monitor the situation and intend to open facility registration at a later date, but members are encouraged to begin considering hosting the program this summer if at all possible. Updates regarding facility registration will be provided via future publications of E-News. The launch of general registration for youth participants is also likely to be delayed from its traditional mid-April timing accordingly.

Please direct any program inquiries to Communications & Marketing Manager Eric MacKenzie at [email protected] . Click below to learn more about Canucks Junior Golf Week.
REGISTER YOUR FACILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN GOLFATHON FOR ALS
The PGA of BC will proudly partner with the ALS Society of British Columbia in 2020 to once again support the Golfathon for ALS presented by Pacific Blue Cross.

Each June, PGA of BC members across the province play from sunrise to sunset with the goal of playing as many holes as possible in one day, lending their muscles in honour of those who have lost the use of theirs to the deadly disease. The initiative is heading into its 15th year, with the cumulative total of funds raised to support ALS patients and their families poised to eclipse $2 million this year.

Members interested in registering their facility to participate in this year's Golfathon are asked to contact ALS Society of BC Executive Director Wendy Toyer at [email protected] . Click below to learn more about the Golfathon for ALS.
