Chef Sarah will be preparing a menu of family-style seasonal Midwestern cuisine in the signature Prairie Grass Cafe style,
while Chef Carol will present a selection of traditional Chinese dishes, including handmade dumplings.

The cost of the dinner is $95 per person (not including tax or gratuity) with the option to add an alcohol flight paired to the dinner for an additional $30.
Credit card payments will be securely processed upon reservation, with no refunds available. Kindly note that the menu is fixed with no substitutions.
