Partnership Grand Strand Bulletin

JUNE, 2025

Series 3, Issue 6

It’s the Halfway Mark for 2025!

It’s hard to believe June is already upon us and with that comes the close of Partnership Grand Strand’s Fiscal year on June 30.

As you’ll see from the highlights below, our momentum continues to grow with small business owner engagement and we had one of our most successful HCS Job Fair events ever this past month.

The focus for June will be on developing tomorrow’s leaders with our inaugural Youth Leadership Camp. This is unique, highly interactive camp is guaranteed to have a significant positive impact on the 30 HCS students that have been accepted into the program.

Again, we’re able to deliver this programming because of each of our investors. Your support is making a difference in our community!

We're proud to have earned a Gold Seal of Transparency with Candid!

A Candid Seal of Transparency is a designation earned by nonprofit organizations that demonstrates their commitment to transparency and accountability. These seals provide a clear picture of an organization's mission, programs, financials, and impact.

A Word of Thanks to our Sponsors!

Thank you to our sponsors for supporting the 2025 Youth Leadership Camp. With your help, we are not just impacting students—we are actively developing the future leaders of our community. This important work wouldn’t be possible without the commitment and partnership of our local supporters.

Partnership Grand Strand is thrilled to welcome our 2025 RISE Interns!

This talented group of 15 students represents both Coastal Carolina University and Clemson University. Throughout the summer, they will gain valuable hands-on experience by interning across a variety of industries and disciplines throughout the Grand Strand region.

Welcome New Members!

The Community Advisory Council welcomes two new members, Ulitza Kronemeyer and Charles "Cobi" Williams.

The Community Advisory Council is comprised of individuals representing all 14 of our communities across the Grand Strand. Their input has been valuable as we find more solutions that help local businesses. They also share the initiatives PGS is offering with their respective communities, raising awareness that ultimately benefits the community at large.
