Happy 4th and Beyond!

July marks the beginning of our 2025-26 fiscal year, and we are ready to deliver another year of exceptional opportunities for businesses and individuals to learn, grow and prosper!

We are wrapping up our impact report for 2024-25 fiscal year, and I would love the opportunity to personally visit with you and share the many amazing initiatives PGS has created. As an investor, we have multiple ways that you can benefit from our programming, so I would welcome the chance to share those with you.

RISE Summer Internship Program Underway

We are incredibly proud of our talented RISE Interns who are gaining hands-on experience and making a difference this summer at 14 outstanding local businesses.

These meaningful internships are helping students grow professionally while contributing real value to their host organizations.

Youth Leadership Camp

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the generous sponsors

who made the 2025 Youth Leadership Camp possible

Your support helped create an unforgettable experience for

our students, full of growth, connection, and inspiration.

As one camper shared, “I really appreciated all the experiences and team building activities we did! All the valuable classroom lessons! I was really glad and happy to attend this camp 😄.”

Another reflected, “I learned to be a better leader, be more intentional with what I say and do, and always lead by example.”

One powerful takeaway summed it up best: “To me, being a leader is positively affecting a group while you have your moment of influence... Leaders should always make sure they’re HEARING, not just listening.”

Making New Connections at the Mini Mixer

The Mini Mixer was held on June 26 at The Crafty Rooster in downtown Conway. We were thrilled with the turnout, including several first-time attendees!

Guests enjoyed another lively round of Networking BINGO, and the event sparked meaningful conversations and valuable new connections.

Coming This Fall: The BIG Mentor Experience

Designed to empower local business owners ready to grow or scale, the BIG Mentor Experience offers expert-led guidance on key areas such as operations, finance, legal, marketing & branding, and succession planning.

The experience will conclude with a unique opportunity for selected participants to showcase their business strengths and growth opportunities to a panel of local subject matter experts.
