4th Annual DRWI ~Delaware River Watershed Initiative
Pocono Heritage Land Trust (PHLT) along with many other non-profits, including our friends at Brodhead Watershed Association (BWA) attended the 4th Annual DRWI Winter Gathering. DRWI is a cross-cutting collaboration working to conserve and restore the streams that supply drinking water to 15 million people in NY, NJ, PA & DE.
Hundreds of people from 4 states attended this event in February to work together to preserve and protect land and water quality for all.

Growing Seeds Indoors - Common Mistakes
Starting seeds can be a real pain. It takes dedication, attention and time. That said you can’t beat eating a  tomato  that you have nurtured from day one. I would say that the biggest mistake in starting seeds would be to give up!

Shinrin-Yoku Walk and Yoga at ForEvergreen Nature Preserve

Shinrin-Yoku, aka "Forest Bathing" has become a recognized stress reducer and form of relaxation in Japan and gaining popularity in the United States. Walk is one mile followed by a gentle stretching yoga class in nature.
