Lessons can be at Epic Sports Lodge, Chicken N Pickle South, SERV, or SW19 as courts are available.
You do not pay any additional court fees - they are included.

GROUP PRIVATE LESSONS WITH SUSIE B
It is so exciting to see so many new players in the last couple of months at the Epic Sports Lodge. Sometimes when you are just beginning it is difficult to find others to drill and play with. I want to make these easier for all of you who are currently taking lessons with me and those who want to.
By sharing lessons with other players, you can share the cost and meet new people to play with. I would like to get small groups of 2-4 signed up for lessons together.
Teaching is my passion and I have been a PPR Pro Coach for the last 5 years.
If you are interested, please email me and let me know the following so I can get you paired up with the correct level of players. Maximum of 4 players for this instruction
If you do not have a group, please send me your name, skill level and accessibility and I will work to pair you up with other players of the same skill level.
These will all be one hour courses.
Cost: 3 players: $75 ($25.00/player)
Cost: 4 players: $100 ($25.00/player)
I have some individuals looking for a group. Would you like to join in with any of these players? I already have a good set of players to start with to pair you up with.
We had a lot of fun this week with our small group play and looking forward to next week. We are holding these day and evenings at the Epic Sports Lodge.

INTRODUCTION TO PICKLEBALL
This is a 2.0 hour iNTRODUCTION TO Pickleball clinic to get you ready to start playing with your friends. During this course you will learn all the basics of Pickleball and practice them through drills and games. At the end of the clinic you will be ready to start playing some basic games.

Our Kansas City Metropolitan area has a strong group of tournament players. We are adding this new league to help teams learn how to strategize and work together to reach their tournament goals.
Senior Pro Cristie will give you insights on shot selection, court positioning, whose ball is it as well as skills in stacking and poaching.

QUEEN B'S LEVEL 4.0+
Our Queen Bee's league is an invitation only league for level 4.0 and up players. This is a very competitive group of ladies who also have a lot of fun. Our players come and go and during the winter we always loose a few to warmer climates. We have a lot of snow birds so will have openings this winter. If you are interested in giving it a try, just email Susie.
We play at Chicken N Pickle North on Monday afternoons from 11:00 - 1:00 pm.
We play at Epic Sports Lodge on Thursdays from 10:00 - 12:00

LADY ELITES LEVEL 3.75+
Our Lady Elites group moves from place to place. If you are a 3.75+ level player, please send me an email or a text and I will get you signed up to play. This has been a very competitive and fun group of players.

RISING STARS LEVEL 3.5+ COMPETITIVE
This is a new "invite only" league for competitive players who are solid 3.5's and above. In order to be considered for this group you must be ranked a 3.5 or above by PickleballTournaments.com or are recommended from one of the PickleballCraze coaches to move to this level of play.
The goal of this league is to provide a venue for you to continue to improve with ladies of similar abilities and skills.
This group willl be playing at Epic Sports Lodge on Fridays from 10:00 - 12:00.

If you have been wanting to get in and see everything at the Pro Shop, it will be open this Saturday from 9:00 - 12:00 and Wednesday, 7/19 frin 4:30 - 5:30. Once we get all of our leagues going strong, we will have regular open hours.
If you are planning on joining one of our offerings please DO NOT go out and purchase a paddle. Paddles are like shoes, they have to fit you right. You can borrow DEMO paddles from the PickleballCraze Pro shop to play. Try out different paddles to see what you like before purchasing. We currently stock Selkirk & Engage Paddles from entry level through Pro Level. Your Coach has access to paddles for you to demo.
The pro shop has all your Pickleball needs including bags, cute clothing, hats, visors, balls and more.

We have had some new court openings this past week. Congratulations to Kearney in opening their new courts and Blue Springs just announced two new dedicated pickleball courts in Baumgarner Park.
Pickleball is growing in popularity in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. As a result, courts are popping up all over the place. And they’re not just freshly-paved courts—many local parks’ existing tennis courts have been marked for Pickleball to account for the demand.
Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the first time or you’re already a Pickleball pro, here are all the places to play Pickleball in Kansas City Metro Area (changes daily) Keep in mind that most public park Pickleball courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so prepare for a wait.
