Leave: Meet at church on Friday, Nov 12 at 2:45 pm.

Fast Food Dinner on the way

6:00 pm: Check into DoubleTree Hotel

7:00 pm: Arrive in Rocky Mount at the event center.

8:00 pm: 1st session begins

10:00 pm: Small groups

Saturday:

Morning Session, Lunch, Food Packing Event or Camp Field Activities, free time at hotel, Evening Session

Sunday:

Closing Session, Lunch , and head back to PUMC

Return: Arrival at PUMC between 3 pm and 4 pm. The youth will text on the way home to give a closer estimate.

Weekend Pack list

We are staying at DoubleTree Hotel in Rocky Mount NC.

Each room will have 2 double beds. I am bringing some air mattresses.

What To Bring -

- Money for dinner Friday

- Clothes and sleepwear – check the weather for Rocky Mount, NC – also note that coliseums are often chilly

- Toiletries - Toothbrush - Toothpaste - Hairbrush or Comb - Shampoo - Conditioner - Deodorant

- Shoes

- Bible

- Onesie (many youth wear to event on Saturday night)

- Prescribed Medications

- I will let you know if you need to bring a sleeping bag or air mattress

- Snack to share with the group

This year Pilgrimage is at Rocky Mount Event Center.
