This month, we are also spotlighting our 2016 award recipients who were honored at our Annual Awards Luncheon in December. Our Distinguished Alumni Award recipients are exemplary private attorneys with a strong commitment to pro bono service. Our Pro Bono Initiative Award went to an innovative nonprofit that is engaging inactive attorneys in pro bono service. Lastly, we spotlight the decades of pro bono legal service by our Distinguished Public Service Award recipient on behalf of the underrepresented and disenfranchised in our society.
We hope you will take a moment to get to know our award recipients and register for our 40th Anniversary Kick-off Reception.
"Emily is part of the next generation of lawyers who are not just talking about problems with our courts, but who is working to bring about systemic reform."
"PBN has carved a niche for itself in expanding pro bono services through its ability to connect talented, service-minded attorneys with limited availability, with substantive volunteer opportunities they may not have otherwise discovered."
