NORA KISS
Nora Kiss, Senior Advisor for Cultural and Community Development to the Mayor of the Second District of Budapest, Hungary. Kiss is currently leading the Budapest municipality's strategy development process on culture and communities.
In this strategic process, we are working on the priority that culture has a role in shaping society. Culture builds strong local communities and is also inclusive. Kiss prioritizes women's inequality in society, which culture, community experiences, and community development can be excellent mediators in addressing.
Kiss's experience includes working at the National Confederation of Hungarian Trade Unions as the Spokesman’s Assistant, at the State Department of Education and Culture as a Secretary of Parliamentary Administration, and as a Personal Assistant for the Secretary of State for Education and Culture.
Kiss has also worked at the Hungarian National Museum as a Leader of the Department of Communication and Strategy and has had extensive experience in the business sector. Kiss received her BA in Pedagogy at the University of Szeged and holds an MA diploma in Sociology from Eötvös University.

FLYING BY THE SEATS OF THEIR SKIRTS
Have you wondered how your personal story can affect and inspire others? Flying by the Seats of Their Skirts is a collection of stories from real women that do just that.
In addition to inspiring you, we hope the book will also perhaps cause you to pause, reflect, and go ahead and write your own story. Be transparent, vulnerable, and truthful as you share it with the world.
