Pink Pajama Party - what a night!
Hello, Friends!

That wonderful post-party happiness feeling is still with us -- thanks to our community.

We're so very grateful for our sponsors' generosity, we're thankful for fellow fun-loving party-goers who cheered us on, and we're humbled by the many generous donations we've received so far.

Many of you posted #pinkpjparty selfies to Facebook and Instagram and texted pics to us during the party -- thank you! We're thrilled you had as much fun as we did with our #pinkpjparty theme. In case you weren't able to join us or want to watch again, we'll share the link tomorrow on our website!

Please join us in thanking several major donors who helped raise our fundraising total (to date) to nearly $97,000:

Fremont Bank Foundation via Chairman Mike Wallace - $5,000
Mary Amyx - $2,000
Washington Hospital Healthcare System CEO Kimberly Hartz Foster - $1,000
Burnitta Nanton - $1,000
Chief Craig Steckler (Ret.) - $1,000

We're inching toward our $100,000 fundraising goal and while I've highlighted major gifts here, remember that donations in all amounts make a difference! Every dollar provides under-served patients with products and services that aid their physical and emotional healing.

Donations may be made securely online via our PayPal or mail to:

I'll close with a message of thanks for this year's event committee members and volunteers...

The event planning process take months; these tasks plus going "live" are a labor of love. I am indebted to my Co-Chair, Kirstin Litz, our Greater Giving expert Sharon Yap, Rebecca Lalwani for her accounting expertise, Board member Funda Dervisoglu for procuring donations and Joan Lunden's special message, and Web Diva Lisa Stambaugh for patiently updating event pages.

I'm also grateful for the HERS Team's encouragement and dedication to our patients. And a world of thanks to Ramil Sumalpong for his pro-bono photography services, and Janice and Doug Florence and Janice Gebhardt for their gracious party box assembly assistance and delivery services.

β€œVolunteerism is the voice of the people put into action. These actions shape
and mold the present into a future of which we can all be proud.”

Our 2021 Sponsors
We're grateful and humbled by the support of our 2021 People with Purpose sponsors. Their philanthropy makes our programs and services possible and restores HERS -- Hope, Empowerment, Renewal, and Support -- in our patients.

To our many friends and donors, please consider supporting businesses who value community giving. In doing so, you'll support organizations that care as deeply as you do about HERS patients.
