RACE FOR THE GREENWAY TRAIL RUN 5K!

HALLOCK STATE PARK, CALVERTON

The 1st annual Race for the Greenway 5K to raise awareness and funds for our Long Island Greenway project. This 5K at Hallock State Park (North Fork) on Sunday, October 29 will be co-hosted by Long Island Wine Country. After the race, we’ll head across the street for a celebration at RGNY winery, and then participants will be able to continue the after-party through a self-led wine crawl with discounted drinks at wineries and vineyards all over the North and South Forks.

The Long Island Greenway will go a long way toward close the outdoor equity gap in NY. Spanning nearly 200 miles across the full length of the Island, the Greenway will connect 8.1 million residents (about half the population of New York State), primarily in underserved communities, to the outdoors.
