FORMAT:                            

Pool play consisting of 5 guaranteed games. 2 games on Thursday, 2 games on Friday, 1 game on Saturday morning.

PLAYOFFS:                         

Quarterfinals, if necessary; Semifinal and Championship games.

ENTRY FEE:                        

Team Fee - NABA Affiliated Team

Player fee: $160.00 (Player fee if a $500 team deposit is received January 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015)
            

Player fee: $170.00 (Player fee if a $500 team deposit is received September 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015)
          

Player fee: $180.00 (Player fee if a $500 team deposit is received October 1, 2015 through October 21, 2015)

Player fee: $180.00 (Player fee if a $500 team deposit is received January 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015)
            

Player fee: $190.00 (Player fee if a $500 team deposit is received September 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015)
           

Player fee: $200.00 (Player fee if a $500 team deposit is received October 1, 2015 through October 21, 2015)

No teams will be accepted after October 21, 2015. NABA reserves the right to refund and withdraw any team who does not meet the final payment deadline.

Women's Division - To Be Determined

 DISCOUNT FEE:

NABA recognizes the support and loyalty of our NABA teams. Upon registering for the tournament if your team plays in one of our sanctioned NABA Leagues across the country you are eligible for the NABA player discount fee. Verification of playing in one of our sanctioned leagues will be verified through the NABA league online registration system.

ENTRY INCLUDES:           

Entry fee includes liability and medical insurance for each participant, baseballs, MLB spring training fields (no high school fields), 2 umpires per game, 5 guaranteed games, expanded playoffs for every division, awards for team pool winner, awards for team champion and team runners- up, rings for individual champions, watches for individual runners-up, Championship game MVP and Gold Glove award, tournament program.

COMMEMORATIVE -TSHIRTS:      

Commemorative NABA Florida World Series t-shirts are available for purchase.  Teams interested in purchasing commemorative t-shirt can order them for $8.00 each in small, medium, large and extra large; and double extra large t-shirts for $10.00 each.  Orders can be placed online at www.dugout.org on the tournament link.  ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY October 11, 2015 to have available for each team at the tournament.

DEPOSITS:

All teams must submit a $500.00(non-refundable) deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by October 21, 2015. Fees may be submitted in money order or cashier check. The NABA also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience.

HOTELS:                                     

Rooms (King, Doubles, Triples, Quads & Suites) are being held for the NABA by our host hotel property, the Doubletree Hotel Palm Beach Gardens. Rates are to be determined for the 2015 per night rate. For reservations call 1-800-222-8733. Reservations must be made by October 21, 2015 to receive the NABA rate.  RATE INCLUDES BREAKFAST FOR 2, COMPLIMENTARY PARKING, COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET.

REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT: 

No refund will be given if the tournament bracket or schedule has been posted. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 15 business days before the tournament start date a full refund will be given minus the deposit.  If the schedule has not been posted and you call 8 to 14 business days before the tournament start date, 50 percent of your fee will be returned minus the deposit; if the schedule has not been posted and you call 7 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.
