Dear DCI Families and Students!

☀️🌸 As the days get longer and the sun shines brighter, we want to send a friendly reminder about our after-school policies to keep everyone safe, on track, and ready for a great season! 🌼⚽ 

🚨 Important: Middle School AND High School students who remain in the building after 3:50 PM Monday-Thursday and 1:30 PM on Fridays without meeting the below criteria will be enrolled in the ACE Lounge. A $12 drop-in fee will be charged to your account. 

• Middle School dismissal: 3:25 PM Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM Friday
• High School dismissal: 3:35 PM Monday-Thursday | 1:05 PM Friday
• All students should be picked up or leave campus by: 3:50 PM Monday - Thursday and  1:30 PM Fridays

STUDENTS MAY NOT WAIT IN THE BUILDING AFTER 3:50 PM (M-TH) and 1:30 PM (F) 

Students can stay in the building after hours only if they’re:

✅ Participating in an ACE Club with their teacher

✅ Practicing a sport with their coach

✅ Getting some extra help in tutoring

✅ With a parent or guardian for a school meeting

✅ Attending an official school event 

STUDENTS WAITING FOR SIBLINGS AFTER SCHOOL MUST BE ENROLLED IN ACE OR MUST DROP IN  

🕒 If an event starts after 3:50 PM (M-TH) or 1:30 PM (F): Students must either wait in a designated area assigned by the event coordinator or leave campus and return when the doors reopen. 

🚨 Important: Middle School AND High School students who remain in the building after 3:50 PM (M-TH) and 1:30 PM (F) without meeting these criteria will be enrolled in the ACE Lounge. A $12 drop-in fee will be charged to their account.

☀️🌸 A medida que los días se alargan y el sol brilla más, queremos enviarles un recordatorio amistoso sobre nuestras políticas después de la escuela para mantener a todos seguros, enfocados y listos para una gran temporada. 🌼⚽

🚨 Importante: Los estudiantes de la Escuela Intermedia Y Escuela Secundaria que permanezcan en el edificio después de las 3:50 p.m. de lunes a jueves y las 1:30 p.m. los viernes, sin cumplir con los criterios mencionados a continuación, serán inscritos en el ACE Lounge. Se cobrará una tarifa de $12 por visita a su cuenta.

• Salida de Escuela Intermedia: 3:25 p.m. de lunes a jueves | 1:00 p.m. los viernes
• Salida de Escuela Secundaria: 3:35 p.m. de lunes a jueves | 1:05 p.m. los viernes
• Todos los estudiantes deben ser recogidos o salir del campus: a las 3:50 p.m. de lunes a jueves y a la 1:30 p.m. los viernes



LOS ESTUDIANTES NO PUEDEN ESPERAR EN EL EDIFICIO DESPUÉS DE LAS 3:50 P.M. (L-J) Y 1:30 P.M. (V)

Los estudiantes pueden quedarse en el edificio después del horario escolar sólo si están:

✅ Participando en un Club ACE con su profesor 

✅ Practicando un deporte con su entrenador 

✅ Recibiendo ayuda extra en tutoría 

✅ Con un padre o tutor para una reunión escolar 

✅ Asistiendo a un evento escolar oficial

LOS ESTUDIANTES QUE ESPERAN A SUS HERMANOS DESPUÉS DE CLASES DEBEN ESTAR INSCRITOS EN ACE O PAGAR LA ENTRADA

🕒 Si un evento comienza después de las 3:50 p.m. (lunes a jueves) o las 1:30 p.m. (viernes): Los estudiantes deben esperar en un área designada por el coordinador del evento o salir del campus y regresar cuando las puertas vuelvan a abrir.

🚨Importante: Los estudiantes de la Escuela Intermedia Y la Escuela Secundaria que permanezcan en el edificio después de las 3:50 p.m. (L-J) y las 1:30 p.m. (V) sin cumplir con estos criterios serán inscritos en el ACE Lounge. Se cobrará una tarifa de $12 por entrada a su cuenta.
