Annual System of Care Academy! This is our first virtual event, and we have over 950 registrants that will be joining us throughout the state of Kentucky, and we can't wait to share this experience with you! To make this event go as smoothly as possible, we want to provide you with the following information.
When will I receive the links to the session(s)?
- In the coming days, you will receive an email with the Zoom link and directions for each of the sessions you registered.
- Each of the session links will be unique and will only be available to you.
- We will use Zoom as the virtual platform for all sessions.
What do I need to do to receive a certificate for attendance or continuing education hours?
- Register for the session, be present for the entire webinar, and complete the attendance form distributed during each session.
- Failure to comply will result in the SOC Academy's inability to issue you a certificate for attendance or continuing education hours.
- In conclusion to the Academy, you will receive an email with directions on how to download your certificate - please allow seven business days.
I've never used Zoom before, what do I do?
- You can access all of the sessions through a web browser, or by downloading the Zoom Client.

What do I need to do to prepare for the Academy?
- Make sure you receive an email with the links to the sessions you registered. If you do not receive the links by Friday, June 5, 2020, email [email protected].
- Arrive at the session(s) on time.
- Be ready for a day of interacting and learning!
