Three convenient opportunities for Packet Pick Up.

Picking up race materials/packet for another participant(s):
Keep in mind that in order to allow your packet to be
picked up by anyone else but yourself, we require both of the following:
1. Two (2) Waivers
SIGNED by participant
2. Photocopy/picture of participant's driver license
IMPORTANT: If you are picking up for a couple,
both people must sign their own waivers!
Special Note for Couples Teams
Please be sure that
both members of the team are registered separately. Your partner will need to sign up through the "Join Your Partner" option and will need your team name and password to register and join your team. This is the
only way we can have a bib for each of you.

PLEASE NOTE: If picking up your Race Packet on Sunday
Race morning is very busy with parking, warming up, and getting to the start line.
If you are picking up your packet or registering on race morning please
show up earlier than you normally would, to allow time to do so.
FYI: We will not be able to process new registration
or hand out packets once the races begin.
Available shirt sizes are listed during registration.
In the final few days before the event, some sizes will sell out.
Not all sizes may be available for same day registration
Visit the t-shirt table at the Expo after 9:00 AM for shirt exchange if you are interested in trading out the size you ordered for a different size!

Parking
Tidelands Park is located at 2000 Mullinex Dr, Coronado, CA 92118 and
has approx. 200 parking spots. The neighborhoods around Coronado offer
plenty of on street parking if you do not park in Tidelands Park. It is highly recommended that you carpool with friends, use ride-share services, or public transportation
for the race and arrive early.

We will provide valet service for your bags!
Want to check in your jacket or a change of clothes for after the race?
Please come to our
Bag Check Tent
in the expo at the t-shirt tent
and check in your items. Please no valuables, money, wallets, phones etc., or medications (like an inhaler you may need during the race).
Bag check will close 20 minutes before the start of the race.
Please come immediately after you finish and pick up your items.
Bag check will close after the event at 11:30am.
Items left after that time can be picked up at the
Koz Events office
starting on the Wednesday after the race.
Please note: we are not responsible of lost or stolen items.

This year we have added Pace Corrals to the Start Line.
Regardless of whether you are running in the 5K or the 10K, please
line
up by your expected pace per mile. There will be multiple entrances to the
corrals so please pick the correct one for your speed. There will be
an area for those who wish to run slower or to walk.
ALL STROLLERS MUST LINE UP IN THE VERY BACK OF THE CORRALS

Chip Timing
Results will be posted on the Results Board at the event.
Your run/walk time will start
when you cross
the starting line timing mats.
You do not have to worry about your start position.

Awards
9:30 AM: 5K awards ceremony, followed by the 10K awards ceremony.
Overall Top 3 Men and Women participating in the
10K and 5K will receive
RunningSkirts - Run Love Compression Socks
Start time of the awards ceremony is tentative
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FINISHER MEDAL
Top 3 Age Group Winners will receive:
An island hand-carved painted tiki
(Couples are placed in their individual age categories with the other participants)

Where is the Beer?
Due to
Coronado's
restrictions
regarding
event beer gardens,
the after-party
served in the outside patio area. Parking in this area can be difficult
so we suggest you please carpool, utilize ride-share, or public transportation.
They are also offering a breakfast buffet for $15, i
t's a post-race favorite!
Times: 10am-1pm (or until we run out)
Ron's Garage will begin playing on the patio from 2pm-5pm on Sunday
