NO IN-PERSON SHOWINGS OR OPEN HOUSES
The
Division of Real Estate
has issued guidance that showing a property or conducting an open house in-person during the COVID-19 pandemic shall be avoided as it violates the specific mandates of recently issued executive and public health orders. Further, encouraging members of the public to engage in non-essential travel and/or requiring residents to leave their residences for the purpose of viewing real property unnecessarily compromises public health by expanding public exposure.
RSC
recognizes that practicing real estate during this pandemic is challenging but wants to remind you that as a Colorado licensed real estate broker, it is your responsibility to comply with
applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, C.R.S. §12-10-407(2)(d) et al, and if you are an employing broker you have the added responsibility to supervise your licensees.
