Deb Tribby Named October Winner of the

Anchored in the Laker Way Award

Early Learning Administrative Assistant Deb Tribby has been named the October

2023 recipient of the Anchored in the Laker Way Award. This new monthly award celebrates Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools Community Education Services staff who are anchored in providing a strong foundation of community service, an innovative and supportive leader, a respectful team member, and committed to lifelong learning and excellence.

Here is what nominators wrote of Deb:

Deb goes above and beyond to help all of the parents that walk through the door of our school. If we don’t have a specific resource that a parent is in need of, she will point them in the right direction. She truly cares about all of the staff and parents in this building and really across the district.

Deb is worthy of this award because she lives and breathes all things community education. Deb always wants to please people and goes out of her way to provide good service. Deb takes great pride in doing service work and goes out of her way to make sure families have what they need. Her kind and caring personality adds value to the building as well as the entire school district.

Please join us in congratulating Deb on this award!
