PMAR Installs New Leadership and Announces Realtor® of the Year
PMAR installed Drew Coleman of Hasson Company, Realtors®, as 2019 PMAR President during the annual Installation Luncheon last week. In addition to Coleman's installation, PMAR recognized its incoming 2019 leadership team and honored 2018 leadership.

On top of installing Drew Coleman, Kerri Hartnett (below, right) of Keller Williams Portland Central was named PMAR's 2018 Realtor® of the Year.

Your Realtor® Dues invoice was emailed to the email address you have on file. To pay your dues online login to Nar.Realtor,
access your invoice and make payment. Primary Realtor® Dues renewal amount is $670. Dues must be paid by January 31st, 2019 by 5pm.



Your Mandatory Code of Ethics Training is Due 12/31/18
You can see if you have satisfied your requirement for this cycle by logging on to  NAR.Realtor  and follow these steps . Why 90% of Millennial Renters Want to Own But Can’t
Nine out of 10 millennial renters say they want to purchase a home, but few are planning to do so in the near term, according to a new survey by rental website Apartment List. The chief reasons keeping them from homeownership are affordability and lack of savings for a down payment, the survey of 6,400 young adult renters shows. Nearly 50% of respondents say they have zero savings.
